The Flat at Conway House

Really nice, comfy flat with everything we needed. Great to be able to walk to the beach. Very friendly, attentive hosts.

No problems with it. It was just right for us. If I were being super fussy I’d have liked a teapot, but that is quite a rare find these days!!

Really lovely hosts who are easy to communicate with. The library of shower gels is amazing

Initially the location as further from Cromer than we’d thought, however ended up as an added bonus as only a 26 min road walk or the most beautiful 45 min beach walk

Really friendly, welcoming and personal hosts, made a big difference. They even left a couple of provisions which was much appreciated. Lovely to have a little flat with garden views at the back. Loads of parking space outside.

The kitchenette is a very small square, so crowded with two people in at once! There's no hob and the microwave is on a low shelf (totally understandably to maximise surface space) so we squatted down to see and use its controls. Also (only my personal taste) would prefer blackout curtains. But all of this easily outweighed by the good points!

Pretty village with walks to the cliff/beach. Information pack supplied by the owner was superb. Good public transport to Cromer.

The flat was situated in a good place in Overstrand, we could walk down to the sea in 5 mins, catch a bus from outside the property and it was in a quiet area. The flat was very clean and equipped as stated, and provided all we needed for our stay. The owners were very friendly and they provided helpful information on places to visit and eat etc. through the Welcome File, leaflets in the flat and in person during our week's stay.
