The hosts were welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation was exactly as listed, and suited me perfectly. Near Cromer, this was a perfect base for touring the North Norfolk coast. Local pub and hotel served excellent meals. Highly recommended.

Lovely little apartment with private access and nice colours & furnishings. Although the kitchen was tiny & didnt have an oven or hob I found the microwave, toaster & my slow cooker more than adequate. There’s a very well stocked shop in the village and a few places to eat & drink at that you can easily walk to. Overstrand is such a lovely quiet village to stay in. The owners of this apartment were very friendly and welcoming.

No private outdoor space but the owners were happy for me to use their garden had the weather been more conducive. Front window needed some new draught excluder - the weather was chilly and horrendously windy and that was probably the only reason that I became aware of the need.

Self contained flat, everything you need, great place for walking holiday, local eateries, good find,Hosts Paul and Debs bril, lovely couple, would definitely go again.....

The flat is so well set up, with everything you need. We stayed 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The guest book has loads of ideas.

The hosts Paul and Debbie were very friendly and informative about the area. The flat was well equipped, clean and comfortable with everything we needed including basic items of food left for us which was perfect. We would stay again.
