⚠️ Noise notice: Live concerts in Plaza Nueva until approx. 2:00 a.m. during **Bilbao Carnival** (usually the 3rd week of February) and **Aste Nagusia** (usually the last week of August). During Aste Nagusia, nearby streets and Parking El Arenal are closed from **8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** due to the large crowds. Shared kitchen, dining area and laundry room, including the daily self-service breakfast buffet. Separate host area and complete guest privacy. * Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom (two single beds), the only room with a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Bathtub with shower (no walk-in shower). ⚠️ Warning: During the months of May to July, our room listed as Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom is marked as **"no view"** because the City Council has installed scaffolding on the exterior façade of Plaza Nueva due to roof restoration works, which temporarily prevent guests from enjoying the balcony views. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. poca privacidad en el baño, si no tienes mucha confianza no es el alojamiento mas apropiado

Die Lage ist top, top, top. Man kann von hier fast alles fußläufig erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist stilvoll und nett eingerichtet. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es nicht besonders laut, da die Fenster dicht sind. Und trotzdem kann man Abends a la Fenster zum Hof einen letzten Absacker mit dem Blick auf den Platz genießen. Das Frühstück war zudem liebevoll und nett angerichtet.

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln

La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse, bien arrangée et très confortable.

Juste une petite odeur venant du lavabo dans la chambre, pas très agréable.
