⚠️ Noise notice: Live concerts in Plaza Nueva until approx. 2:00 a.m. during **Bilbao Carnival** (usually the 3rd week of February) and **Aste Nagusia** (usually the last week of August). During Aste Nagusia, nearby streets and Parking El Arenal are closed from **8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** due to the large crowds. Shared kitchen, dining area and laundry room, including the daily self-service breakfast buffet. Separate host area and complete guest privacy. * Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom (two single beds), the only room with a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Bathtub with shower (no walk-in shower). ⚠️ Warning: During the months of May to July, our room listed as Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom is marked as **"no view"** because the City Council has installed scaffolding on the exterior façade of Plaza Nueva due to roof restoration works, which temporarily prevent guests from enjoying the balcony views. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Exceptional"

Beautiful, spacious apartment just above one of the hubs of the old town. Had everything I wanted and more: great bed, balcony over the square, good shower and excellent breakfast. Although the square is busy and can be noisy, I didn't find it bothered me when the balcony door was shut. And because it's an old building, it retained a coolness even as it hit 40 degrees outside.

Breakfast was great. Plenty to choose from and very flexible on time

Glass toilet& shower were ok for us as a couple but not much privacy if staying with a friend. Not sure how this could be improved.
