⚠️ Noise notice: Live concerts in Plaza Nueva until approx. 2:00 a.m. during **Bilbao Carnival** (usually the 3rd week of February) and **Aste Nagusia** (usually the last week of August). During Aste Nagusia, nearby streets and Parking El Arenal are closed from **8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** due to the large crowds. Shared kitchen, dining area and laundry room, including the daily self-service breakfast buffet. Separate host area and complete guest privacy. * Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom (two single beds), the only room with a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Bathtub with shower (no walk-in shower). ⚠️ Warning: During the months of May to July, our room listed as Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom is marked as **"no view"** because the City Council has installed scaffolding on the exterior façade of Plaza Nueva due to roof restoration works, which temporarily prevent guests from enjoying the balcony views. Que en tres días no cambiarán las toallas de la habitación. Que seguro que si lo hubiera pedido me las hubieran cambiado Pero siempre hay que decir un pero

"Perfekter Aufenthalt!"

Für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft. Die Lage, hervorragend, an einem der schönsten Plätze in Bilbao. Problemloses einchecken, Gepäckraum vorhanden für Besucher die vor 14:00 eintreffen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr rein und hatte einen Balkon mit sehr schöner Aussicht auf dem Plaza Nueva. Beim Frühstück hat nichts gefehlt.

"We stayed one night in Pamplona to complete our tour of northern Spain."

The location, comfort of bed and cleanliness were great. I was given a parking space in a private garage.

The shower had no shelf to place toiletries. Had to place them on the floor.

"Mooie, centraal gelegen locatie"

Locatie perfect! Alles op loopafstand. Super schoon. Auto makkelijk parkeren in parkeergarage El Arenal. Fijn dat er een lift was, wel extreem klein (douche is groter). Ontbijt prima! Voor ieder wat wils. Contact met gastheer heel prettig.

Er is geen airco (was van tevoren bekend). Het plein is best luidruchtig. Overdag bouwwerkzaamheden en tot middernacht restaurant- en cafébezoekers, 's nachts opruimwerkzaamheden. Dan is het fijn om de ramen eigenlijk dicht te houden, maar zonder airco niet prettig.

Die Lage sehr gut, aber bis 23:00 Uhr und später viel Kneipenlärm

Entgegen der Mitteilung.über ein getrenntes Badezimmer, waren Bad und Toilette mitten im Zimmer

"Excellent place to stay"

Fabulous location in the heart of the old town. Clean, light and comfortable. Communication was warm and helpful. The shared kitchen was spotless, cosy and welcoming and the breakfast was great, including some gluten free bread and cake for me.
