⚠️ Noise notice: Live concerts in Plaza Nueva until approx. 2:00 a.m. during **Bilbao Carnival** (usually the 3rd week of February) and **Aste Nagusia** (usually the last week of August). During Aste Nagusia, nearby streets and Parking El Arenal are closed from **8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** due to the large crowds. Shared kitchen, dining area and laundry room, including the daily self-service breakfast buffet. Separate host area and complete guest privacy. * Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom (two single beds), the only room with a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Bathtub with shower (no walk-in shower). ⚠️ Warning: During the months of May to July, our room listed as Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom is marked as **"no view"** because the City Council has installed scaffolding on the exterior façade of Plaza Nueva due to roof restoration works, which temporarily prevent guests from enjoying the balcony views. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your understanding.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Camera bellissima ,colazione ottima e ricca,Gaston ci ha accolto in maniera fantastica .La posizione è ottima in Plaza Nueva sotto c’è un fantastico ristorante Victor Montes.

Je ne connaissais pas le concept d'un appartement B&B et j'en suis ravie. La chambre était formidable, très spacieuse . Le petit déjeuner était très bien, la personne qui s'occupait de l'intérieur était très agréable. J'ai rarement vu un établissement aussi propre et aussi agréable. Le fait de pouvoir utiliser la cuisine comme on le voulait était parfait. Dommage que le temps n'était pas de la partie mais personne n'y pouvait rien ! L'emplacement était également parfait Bref je suis ravie d'avoir réservé cet appartement. Un grand merci au propriétaire et à la personne qui s'est occupé de tout. Je recommande cet appartement à tous, vous ne serez pas déçu 🙂

The location was excellent. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the kitchen facilities are very good.

Not sure the bathroom arrangement would work for everyone.

Lovely size, very clean & comfortable. 24hr kitchen facilities. Lovely continental breakfast in morning. Amazing location (old town) Baggage drop off before check-in

Beautiful room, lovely kitchen area and delicious breakfast. We had our breakfast overlooking the square each morning. Great communication with host. Perfect location

Shower and toilet are in same room as bed surrounded by glass walls. 😮

Nuestra experiencia con ellos ha sido excelente, desde la atención de los propietarios desde el primer momento, atentos a nuestra plegada, darnos las instrucciones y preocuparse por nuestra comodidad. Nos dieron una habitación nueva, perfecta, no le faltaba detalle, insonorización de 10 estando en plena plaza de centro muy concurrida. El desayuno perfecto, habia de todo para nuestro gusto y podías hacer uso de la cocina 24 horas. Estoy deseando volver, se me hizo muy corta la estancia! Muchas grácias

La ubicación era ideal y la habitación super bonita y grande.

Estaban en obras y la entrada al piso era bastante caótica. Imagino que ya lo tendrán resuelto
