⚠️ Noise notice: Live concerts in Plaza Nueva until approx. 2:00 a.m. during **Bilbao Carnival** (usually the 3rd week of February) and **Aste Nagusia** (usually the last week of August). During Aste Nagusia, nearby streets and Parking El Arenal are closed from **8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.** due to the large crowds. Shared kitchen, dining area and laundry room, including the daily self-service breakfast buffet. Separate host area and complete guest privacy. * Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom (two single beds), the only room with a private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. Bathtub with shower (no walk-in shower). ⚠️ Warning: During the months of May to July, our room listed as Quadruple Room with Private Bathroom is marked as **"no view"** because the City Council has installed scaffolding on the exterior façade of Plaza Nueva due to roof restoration works, which temporarily prevent guests from enjoying the balcony views. "Best breakfast in Bilbao"

It was central to the old town and close to the metro for further exploration. The view from the balcony was amazing and you could just leave the door open to experience the hubub going on downstairs. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and one of the best features in my opinion. There was so much excellent quality food to eat I was nearly embarrassed by it, and being able to carry it back to your room was perfect.

"Bästa boendet i Bilbao"

Mycket välkomnande personal. Mycket trevligt, stort och rymligt rum (vi bodde i rum 4 i 5 nätter i mars 2026). Väldigt sköna sängar. I rummet finns också en soffgrupp. Liten balkong in mot torget skapade en extra härlig atmosfär. Bra badrum med badkar. Fantastisk frukost med allt man kan önska sig med färsk frukt, bröd, pålägg, yoghurt och ägg. Läget är det bästa precis på torget i Casco Viejo med tunnelbana, bussar och spårvagn inom ett par minuter. Massor av trevliga restauranger i området. Gångavstånd till allt. Vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka.

Det finns inget vi tyckte var negativt.

Localização para uma estadia expresso foi perfeita, comodidades da cozinha são óptimas. Espaço confortável (pelo menos no Inverno).

Algum desgaste é notório especialmente na casa de banho mas tudo funcional.

"Idéalement situé"

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bilbao. Parking payant à qq minutes à pied où on peut laisser sa voiture pour qq jours à un prix raisonnable. Très jolie chambre spacieuse, très belle vue sur la place. Literie très confortable et chambre très propre. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire, mais il a répondu rapidement et efficacement à chacune de mes questions.

Douche et toilettes dans la chambre peuvent être gênants pour certaines personnes. Très bon café, mais la thé en sachet est de qualité médiocre. Insonorisation moyenne.
