Minimal & Arty Townhouse

Flavio and friend very helpful with luggage up stairs and very responsive. Location is very close the buses to get round Malta.Night lighting up stairs to access room very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. Fantastic views from balcony, and five minutes walk from wonderful local street decorated with religious figures. Close to Valletta ferry port.

I had a fantastic stay! The Location: very central, close to the capital of Valletta. The location is not touristy itself however very well connected to all the touristic cities, 3 minute walk to the public transport. The Facility: The facility is very clean, everything you would need is already provided. The room was very comfy. The owner Flavio was so kind, his hospitality was great. He checked on me regularly during my stay. If I were to come back to Malta, I would stay here again.

Good location - 30 minutes walking distance from Valetta's city gate. Also 30 minutes away from the airport - one bus and few minutes of walking is all you need to get to the apartment. Room - very spacious with plenty of room to move around. I liked that the door to the balcony was a French door so I could open it and let the breeze enter the room. The bathroom and kitchen were also very good, clean and tidy. Host - Flavio was an excellent host, he would respond quickly when reaching out to him and act promptly.

The Wi-Fi was great when not all guests were using it at the same time but it slowed down at peak times. Nothing that can't be resolved though and it wasn't a big issue for me as I was out for the most part of each day I stayed there.

This is simple but very nicely done accommodation, with a comfortable bed and a very nice terrace. Private bathroom (entrance just outside the room) with a good shower. Fully-equipped kitchen shared with one other room. Amazingly quiet and peaceful. Flavio is super-helpful and I had great communication with him.

Nothing negative - but as others have noted, there are a LOT of stairs and this could be an issue for anyone with limited mobility and/or with heavy suitcases.

This establishment offers excellent value for the price, is conveniently situated, and provides comfortable accommodations.

Fantastic house, very good room, very good location!

Nice room with access to the roof where you have a great view of the city. Location near the city center and bus stop with direct connections to almost every interesting place to visit in Malta. Really nice and helpful owner who saved us with a socket adapter which we forgot to take from home. Generally i would recommend :)

Nice room and fully equipped kitchen.

Toiled was not private, it is located in shared space. Luckily we where the only guests.

Enjoyed very much staying in the apartment sharing kitchen with just another room. The roof terrace was a bonus and host Flavio was so nice and helpful. Clean room and clean relaxing design on the top floor, a true retreat! All fresh and new in an old house and surprisingly quiet despite in a busy area with buses around the corner in and out of town, perfect for all kinds of outings. Birds singing and an occasional dog barking as if in the countryside in the room facing the backyard, so peaceful when coming back from a busy day. Also the Interspar Supermarket a few steps away caters for all your food cravings. Loved the stay!

This is actually nothing negative but some advice: 1) If you plan to cook a lot and use the dishwasher, bring a couple of dishwasher tablets with you (one can also easily wash up by hand). The kitchen is nicely equipped, all new with fridge, freezer and microwave. 2) If you have difficulties climbing stairs - there are quite a few steps to the top floor (but in my opinion worth it) just so you know.
