Everything was perfectly clean and comfortable! Flavio is an amazing host, one of the best we had in a really long time. He gave us a lot of advice and the communication with him was really easy and smooth! We will definitely come back to enjoy some more days! Vividly recommend

Everything was perfect

The apartment was great and convenient, aircondition saved our lives in this inhuman temperatures on Malta. The room was clear and neat. Also there is a well-supplied shared kitchen. Flavio is a great host - he answered all of my questions and was helpful in every possible way. Very pleasant stay:)

The host was also wonderful throughout my stay, incredibly friendly and always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Whether it was offering local recommendations or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, their helpfulness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was superb. Flavio is a great host who is always available to help you. I had all the necessary comfort and lacked nothing. It is on the way to all the sights on the island. Nearby is a Spar and many places where you can eat well and cheaply. Thanks for everything Flavio.

The accommodation is very nice and fully equipped. Flavio, our host, is excellent and very helpful!

The room was small but really charming and the AC made a clear difference in Malta. Also we had a small terrace from where you can see all Hamrun. The toilet was outside but there is privacy between room and toilet (really good idea the folding screen). Common areas are really nice and allow to perfectly work on remote (we did it for a week). It was really nice to share the house with other tenants, which were truly nice to us and offered plans or even food. I am deeply in debt for that. Thanks a lot guys :) What makes a difference compare to other places is the owner, Flavio, which is always willing to help, loves and cares his place. Overall it is a great opportunity for a nice house, really safe, for a really affordable price where owner and tenants are truly friendly.

Hamrun is a medium class neighbourhood in Malta that over the night might seem scary (Malta is totally safe as we realised on many occasions) but over the day has its charming neighbourhood due to its old buildings, beautiful & colourful spots & charming building terraces. To my believe it defines pretty well how Malta is, due to the fact that is not build for tourism but for Maltese people. Aside of that, I would recommend to move the bed under the AC so the AC does not strike on you while sleeping. Just a small detail :)

Flavio was an amazing host, a really great guy. The Room was very large,, a very confortável mattress, very clean, super good shower, with many restaurants and a good supermarket(Spar) very nearby. All went really well, and would book again tomorrow if i returned to Malta.
