Good location between Valletta and the centre of the island, great food nearby (Ethiopian, Lebanese etc). Nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Very helpful owner.

Beautifully designed, perfect for a few or more days stay, exceptionally clean and tidy, friendly owner happy to help and available within minutes. Would highly recommend!

The host was very kind, hospitable, responsive, and always available, which I really appreciated. There was a decent recently renovated common area, equipped with everything necessary.

My room was on the second floor of a building with no elevator, which was totally fine for me but that’s something to keep in mind if stairs are an issue. The room faced the sunny side, so it was very bright in the morning despite the curtains, and it got very hot. There is an air conditioner in the room, but I preferred to turn it off at night.

The property is very close to Valletta, roughly less than 10 mins by taxi. Flavio, the property owner, has been amazing, very helpful, informative and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

It was fine for what it was. We needed somewhere close to the ferry port due to a very early start, we wouldn't have chosen somewhere so built-up, preferring a bit of peace and nature, but it served its function. Our host was professionally helpful and friendly.

The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were all small and cramped, nowhere comfortable to sit.

The accommodation was very good, spacious, and clean. The host replies to messages very quickly. The place is very quiet — we didn’t hear anything for 5 days while we were there. Also, the apartment is in a great location. Buses to Valletta are just a few minutes away, and there are night buses connected to Valletta too. Highly recommended!

The location of the object is very good - there are plenty of buses depurting to Valetta every 5/10 minutes. Additionaly, there are many buses which will take you to other cities and other parts of Malta as well, so the place is very well communicated. Our host - Flavio has been the best host we have every had. He was very helpful, gave advice on top restaurants in Malta, as well as was asking if we need something, and if everything is ok. If there would be any problem, he is there to help and certainly would so that's a huge advantage as well. Our stay in his place was just perfect. Totally recommend!! The apartment itself was also very nice - new things, everything clean, the shower was very nice, the bed was wide and comfy - nothing more needed really for a best holiday.

You can tell Flavio takes pride in ownership of his awesome guest house. It is located close to any convenience you might need, bus, grocery, pharmacy, excellent coffee/pastry/meals shop. The place is well laid out and appointed and very clean. Flavio is an awesome host, willing to help out in any way. Kudos. I will definitely stay there again and refer people. Thank you
