Great value and very welcome on arrival and thorough our stay, breakfast was good quality food and regularly replenished.

Through no fault of the hotel it was very warm during the night making it difficult to get to sleep.

Rooms were very nice, pleasantly surprised as price was very cheap. I noted that it can be noisy due to nightclub but there was nothing after midnight. Jesmond area was busy and a.quaint area. Hotel was Close to train station and shops.

The room was a nice size and had everything we needed. Lady on reception was very warm, friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was too small. Couldn’t sit on the loo properly as not enough space, had to sit to the side. We preferred the room we had in their other hotel last year.
