Good location plenty of bars and places to eat

The beds were really uncomfortable due to this had a poor nights sleep

The location is excellent a really lovely area close to great places to eat. Its close to Jesmond Dene too only 15min walk a beautiful green space.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like to be honest

The staff at check in very helpful and pleasant

not very clean in general, shower screen door and seal had mould, parking poor and scruffy, made the decision not to stay the night and left a few hours after checking in, very disappointed after viewing pictures online

Needs updating. Paid extra for an upgrade but not really that impressed Breakfast in the restaurant wad cold

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is clearly in need of a refresh and update with tired looking carpets and old paintwork. I did expect something a little smarter. The room was very compact.

Excellent location to Jesmond shopping and metro. Very helpful staff.

Our room was quite dark as the lighting wasn’t great. Would have benefited from bedside lamps. Otherwise great.
