The room I stayed in was large and they provided a baby cot before arrival

The cleaning staff opened the room soon at 10:54am after I announced I was in the room. Shortly afterwards I got a call at 11am to leave- this was shocking as the receptionist saw me go down around 9am to take things downstairs into the car to make things easier when checking out and knew I had a baby. I had to ask for 10mins as I was breastfeeding. I found this act unkind

Getting a phone call at midnight telling us to be quiet when we were just talking normally and watching tv - not being noisy at all
