The staff were just lovely, professional, friendly, polite and helpful.

Not much really, little things, no coffee sachet in the room but I feel picky even mentioning it as everything else was spot on

The room was basic but serviceable. Location in jesmond is handy for metro. The staff were very nice.

The whole upper floor smelled of drains. The upper floors were uncomfortably hot. Mouldy seals on the shower door above bath. Generally, it was quite tired throughout, although there were painters doing a lovely landlord special during my stay. Did I expect the world at this price, of course not. But I think it would benefit from some TLC.
