The location was perfect

Property was well equipped and in a fab location. Great that the property had parking too.

The only negatives would be the sofa is very worn and not very comfortable, and the room with the double and single bed in, we had to put some of the slats back in the single bed as they were either broke or had fallen out and the double bed was quite rickety, however the kids still said the beds were comfy. These are just minor cosmetic issues and would not put us off staying there again.

A very nice property in an excellent location with the added bonus of a dedicated on site parking space which is rare in central Tenby. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs within a few hundred metres and not at all noisey despite central location. Well equipped open plan kitchen and living area with large TV for entertainment. Apartment, very clean and well presented. Good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and good sized bathroom and en suite. Easy access from ground floor with lift if required. Nice small outside balcony ideal for a couple of people to sit out on.

The spare set of keys which should have been at the property were missing and I had to get a new set cut at the owner's request and for which I was reimbursed. Insufficient towels were present on arrival but these were delivered to the apartment later on. A few minor niggles such as the absence of anywhere to hang up coats and jackets in the hallway and could do with a few more hooks behind bedroom and bathroom doors to hang up towels and clothes etc. The "L" shaped lounge sofa was big but a bit scuffed and tired and the seating position no particularly comfortable for extened periods.

The flat was in an excellent location, close to so many amenities, the beach and restaurants. Good space for a family. The addition of some toys was excellent for my 2 year old.
