Espaço super acolhedor , com uma vista para o mar muito bonita Por dentro um apartamento bem equipado mas com algumas coisas a melhorar. Pontos positivos: Secador de cabelo Máquina de lavar roupa Ferro para passar roupa Aspirador Utensílios de limpeza Torradeira Máquina de café Cama super confortável Ar condicionado Boa iluminação , o quarto então é espetacular

Pontos negativos que na minha opinião deveriam melhorar: Estacionamento - nos primeiros dois dias conseguimos arranjar estacionamento no prédio, mas nos últimos dois dias tivemos de pagar 20€ (10€ por dia) em estacionamento…acho que dentro do estacionamento do prédio poderiam ter um lugar reservado só para o alojamento Depois das 18:00 mais ou menos para arranjar estacionamento é complicado quase que não podemos sair de casa porque depois quando chegarmos não temos estacionamento… Outro ponto a melhorar é ter mais utensílios de cozinha como panelas por exemplo só tem uma panela e uma frigideira Poderia também disponibilizar alguns produtos de higiene como sabonete para as mãos e gel de banho ,champu…

It was very comfortable. I liked having a kitchen. I enjoyed the balcony. The location was great. It was easy to communicate with the host. The instructions to get in were very clear.

I was glad that others commented on these things so that I was aware so I just want to reiterate: the parking lot is very small and fills quickly and the washing machine doesn’t work properly.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja o bezproblemowe zameldowanie.

W pokoju powinna być pralka, która była mi potrzebna. W dzień przyjazdu dowiedziałam się o jej awarii. Przez 10 dni pobytu nie została ona naprawiona i musiałam korzystać z płatnej pralni. W opisie jest informacja o basenie, jest on nieczynny, o czym nie byłam poinformowana. Apartament mógłby być lepiej posprzątany.

The location was perfect. Close to restaurants, bus routes and swimming facilities. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from pool area was amazing.

The air-conditioning wasn't working for my entire stay. I contacted the host multiple times,through multiple media and got no response. The room was very uncomfortable at night, and i had to leave patio door open all night. The washing machine didn't work. The standard shower head was broken. The pool could not be used, I'm unsure how long it's been out of use, but I booked the accommodation on account of it having a pool.

Très bon emplacement, calme et arrêt de bus à 5 min à pieds permettant d'aller dans le centre de funchal.

Pas beaucoup de place de parking disponible.

Mooi gelegen, dichtbij zee. Modern ingericht appartementje. Op een verstopt doucheputje en een kapotte deurknop na, (besproken met de host, dit wordt meteen opgepakt) erg mooi. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn, want je moet klimmen om naar het strand of de stad te kunnen.

Parkeergelegenheid. De bijbehorende parkeerplaatsen zijn te weinig voor zo’n grote accommodatie. We moesten de auto betaald, in de parkeergarage zetten.

Good communication with staff when I had a problem, nice view, very comfortable bed and really cozy place, a lot of place ti sunbathing unfortunately last day was only sunny

I think that problem is in every apartment / rooms in Madera but I think that standard very cold rooms, no radiator

Sea was within a short walking distance, and the bus station was very close.

The view from the window was limited and the walls were paper thin, no shampoo or soap for shower.
