The WiFi download speed was OK, but the upload speed was slow.

This is a very nice, perfectly designed apartment with a large bed, huge TV, nice balcony for a morning coffee and in general, it looks like the owner arranged it for themself. The kitchen is well-equipped. Easy check in and out. As for the parking, if you get back before 16:00 then there'll be a spot, if later - probably not, but there's also paid parking in 200m for 6.50 eur per day. Would stay again.

The wifi speed could be faster. It is 10/1 mbits, like 10 years ago.

The facilities for the price are very good. Also the location is convenient. We rented a car and had access to the whole island.

Parking in the apartments area might be an issue. We rather parked 10 minutes walking distance area (blue line parking, free of charge between 8 PM to 8 AM).

Location was OK if you have a car to travel around the island. It was close to the local shopping center and only a short drive to the airport. The kitchen had quite good equipment. The bed mattress was comfortable.

The communication was quite poor. Once we arrived we couldn't find the hotel due to it having a different name which nobody informed us about. We tried to call but they couldn't speak English. Around check in time we finally got needed information. After couple hours once in the room we were stuck for over an hour as the door handle came off and we had to wait for the rescue. It was fixed but was still coming out slightly during our stay. We also had issues about simple things like not enough toilet roll nor washing up liquid as been told they provide only for first day of stay and personal hygiene products which 'we' had to provide ourselves. Talking about the room itself you need to be careful with the bed as it is wider than mattress and it is easy to get injured as I did the first day. Parking space is quite often not available so be aware. Air con didn't work but luckily we didn't need it. There was also no reception staff and the swimming pool was closed due to the wall collapsing. The hotel felt like an abandoned uni hall and eary in places.

Pleasant small studio flat, well equipped kitchen, although no instructions for anything.

Chose property due to swimming pool and washing machine. Washing machine didn't work. Swimming not available due to landslip and hadn't been for two weeks before our stay but not informed until money taken and too late to cancel.

Modern apartment in a great location close to forum shopping centre, close to restaurants and bars, close to bus links. Promenade to camara de lobos right outside with couple of mutes walk to it. 7M car rentals where you dont have to leave deposit is few minutes walk down the main road. Just great.

Kitchen had all necessary pots glasses etc and a good set of knives. Full size fridge. Large smart tv and connection to wifi. Washing machine top loaded on a balcony so you cant hear it working. Apartment felt just like you gone in your own where everything is there for you. 2 large wardrobes with mirrors were just perfect.

The hostess helped us very well with our air conditioning problem. The apartment was nice and clean. Nice kitchen to do some cooking. Good location close to several restaurants and a nice beach area.

The building which houses the apartment could use some love.
