Great service, nice maintenance, nice food, shankar and hemant supported in room service whenever required. Overall great experience. In room dining experience was also great. |Just they should have pick and drop services as well. Rest all great. Decent location for a corporate travellers&business &families. Spacious Rooms, neat and and beautifully maintained... So great ambient. good WiFi connectivity.was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and elegantly furnished, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city outside. The hotel's amenities, including the room service was amazing center, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, from arranging transportation to recommending local attractions. Almost Nothing

1). I wasn't offered a towel and waterbottle on first day of chekin. 2). They gave room 011 in which water was dripping from ceiling on toilet seat. 3). After changing room they didn't updated it in there system 4). I was interrogated suspectfully by the male staff of what you r doing here where is your room, all this because of there poor handovers and watchkeeping. 5). No hot water provided in bathroom. 6). Gave key to clean the room in the morning but when I retired back in evening room was still not cleaned (again poor handover between staff) 7). I asked staff to extend my stay as I was staying in hotel from last 5 days and wanted to stay more till Monday. 8). They called me around 12 and asked if I am coming to hotel, I replied the same that I am extending my stay so they cancelled the call. 9). When I reached hotel around 1330 Lt they told me your room is sold. (Because They got more amount for the same room, as per customer relationship this is terribly bad specially male receptionist on 15 feb he talked to me very rudely) 10). They sold my room even before my checkout. 11). I called customer support of booking.com they kept my call on hold for 1 hour with the music on and without providing any support. 12). All together very terrible experience with qotel

Qotel hotel in chattarpur is the best hotel to stay in delhi very polite and courteous front desk. Excellent food, a very big auspicious room, very clean rooms, extremely clean toilets. …

Excellent service. Good location. Shankar and gungun provided excellent service with courteous and ever smiling face. Ambience of the hotel is amazing. The food was amazing Rooms are good nice and clean. Room service is also good.
