They have a room where AC was not working. It was not clean. There were no towels in the room. No bedsheet and smelling dirty blanket. The staff wa rude and not interested in providing the same. After fighting a lot they changed the room which was dark without any view. All evenings there was noise of some program going on. Overall very poor experience.

This hotel is very near to gurgaon & faridabad. Excellent ambience and staff. I visited third time for a office work.I really like the service and staff behaviour.

This Qotel is clean and budget hotel the staff were courteous and friendly the rooms was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice shower and present basic amenities

Clean and comfy hotel in city centre We had a wonderful stay in charming Hotel Qotel Gently refurbished, preserving the old art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and lots of space. Wonderfull breakfast with a choice for every diet. Very kind staff and great value for money.
