Mój pobyt w apartamencie CASA DI IANA był naprawdę udany. Gospodarz, Francesco, był niezwykle miły, uprzejmy i zawsze chętny do pomocy, co bardzo doceniam. Sam apartament okazał się bardzo przestronny, zadbany i nieskazitelnie czysty. Znajdowało się w nim dosłownie wszystko, czego można potrzebować podczas pobytu. Lokalizacja była idealna – zaledwie 50 metrów od apartamentu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, z którego za 1,5 euro w około 10 minut można dojechać do Wenecji. Dodatkowo w odległości 700 metrów jest dobrze wyposażony sklep Familia, co znacznie ułatwia codzienne zakupy. Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze i gorąco polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i wygodnego noclegu w okolicy Wenecji.

Nous avons TOUT aimé ! L'accueil de Francesco, très sympathique et aimable, plein d'attentions (énorme corbeille de fruits, des pâtes, du parmesan, etc), des explications sur l'environnement... on ne peut mieux faire ! L'appartement est impeccablement propre, la disposition des pièces est parfaite (espace vie et espace nuit bien séparés), tout l'équipement dont on a besoin (et même plus !). La terrasse, la clim, etc. L'arrêt de bus pour Venise est à peine à 5 mn à pied de l'appartement.

Wszyscy którzy chcą zwiedzić Wenecję, bez zastanowienia polecam apartament CASA DI IANA.Mieszkanie na osiedlu w spokojnej dzielnicy,duże,czyste, pachnące w pełni wyposażone jak we własnym domu! Ale co nas najbardziej zaskoczyło to właściciel Pan Francesco.Cudowny człowiek!!! Czekał na nas jak przyjechaliśmy, bez problemu rozmawiał z nami przez tłumacza Google, przywitał nas owocami, przekąskami i winem. Mieliśmy makaron i sos do przygotowania kolacji. W pełni przygotował nas do zwiedzania Wenecji.Przystanek jest 5 minut od domu, Pan Francesco ma zakupione już bilety autobusowe, mapkę gdzie wysiąść w Wenecji, jak wrócić i którym autobusem. Pobyt był dla nas przyjemnością! Polecamy!!!

De eigenaar was heel behulpzaam, we konden er eerder in omdat we eerder aan zouden komen. Hij appte toen het appartement gereed was. Er stond vers fruit op ons te wachten in de koelkast. Ook stonden er ingrediënten om een heerlijke maaltijd te maken, en fles water en een fles prosecco klaar! Het was maar 10 minuten met de bus naar Venetië, buskaartjes konden we ook bij de eigenaar kopen voor maar 1,50 per stuk. Op het busstation hebben we een 3 dagen kaart gekocht om onbeperkt met de bus, tram en water bus te kunnen gaan. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

De auto kon niet bij het appartement geparkeerd worden, maar op nog geen 2 minuten lopen was een gratis parkeerplaats.

호스트분께서 친절히 저희를 맞이해주셨습니다. 과일과 와인, 파스타 재료도 준비해주셔서 감동이었습니다. 숙소는 넓고 깨끗해서 집처럼 편하게 지낼 수 있었고요. 베네치아 본섬 이동도 편리합니다. 다시 온다면 또 여기서 지내고 싶습니다

De host is heel behulpzaam en terecht trots op zijn appartement. Netjes verzorgd, lekkere bedden en binnen 10 minuten met de bus in Venetië. Alle communicatie in onze eigen taal, want Francesco is vliegensvlug met Google Translate en beheerst zo alle talen.

The apartment is spacious, very well maintained, meticulously clean and tidy. Every detail as if it were your own home. The kitchen is equipped with everything one can possibly need. There is also air conditioning. The landlord, Francesco, even gave us a nice welcome gift, a huge bowl with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as pasta, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. Great! The apartment is on the first floor and easily accessible with luggage. Free parking is available app. 50 meters from the block of flats, right next to the bus stop. It takes only 10 minutes and 3 bus stops to Piazzale Roma station, from where you can take the vaporetto. Comfortable and stress free if you want to avoid using your car. Francesco is a very nice guy and he helped us with everything, the first batch of bus tickets, infos about local shops and gave us many tips. He responds quickly and in a friendly way. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Room is very clean and very quiet, good location, Francesco is very nice and thoughtful. He prepared a welcome package with pasta, fruit, and wine for us. He is tech savvy and no problem for people who don’t speak Italian.

The property was spacious and very comfortable.

Only thing is, if you like to be in the city this is about a 10 min bus ride away.
