Good location able to pull up outside for taking in the luggage loved the open plan kitchen lovely social space

The location is simply perfect. You can walk everywhere from here. There is a long stay car park within 10 minute walk. The apartment is beautifully decorated and all facilities are immaculate.

The last minute request for a damage security deposit was slightly annoying after booking paid for and confirmed - and then the payment platform didn’t work for us. But after speaking to the management they quickly sorted it for us.

Great location. The apartment looked liked its photos!

The apartment was generally clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean indeed. However, the upholstery on one of the sofas needed mending, and stains on its arms needed to be cleaned. The chairs at the breakfast island, although a lovely velvet upholstered button design, needed a thorough clean (hairs and dust off-putting). Guests are asked to remove bedding before you leave. We did that only to see what looked like a blood stain on the mattress protector, (size of a fingernail). Yuk! There were no oven gloves provided and I burnt the tip of my finger using the tea towel to take a tray out of the oven. These things let down what is a very nice apartment but I'm sure they can easily be sorted!

Everything about this property was excellent. The apartment itself was in a beautiful Georgian setting. It was spotlessly clean, really comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. A nine minute walk from the Charlotte Street car park and a nine minute walk into the centre of Bath. We were a five minute walk from The Crescent and the sight seeing bus stops on Bennett Street where the apartment is situated. We were 2 friends visiting Bath and we were asked how we would like the beds made up. It was possible to turn the duvan into 2 singles which was perfect. We had such an amazing time and would highly recommend this property. Thank you so much to our hosts.

Tv didn't work very well in the lounge,no sound on iplayer,the bed was a bit uncomfortable kept waking in the gap
