"Great place for short stay in Ruabon"

The property had a lot of character and rooms were modern and spacious. Family room was a very good size. We had two meals which were both excellent. This was an overnight stop before our canal trip and a perfect place to stay being close to our departure point.

Staff could perhaps be a bit more friendly. It really helps as an overseas traveler to have friendly conversations.

Stayed on a few occasions now and I like the food, decor and the vibe of the place

Just a suggestion! I stayed in the four poster room last time and the bed post obstructed the TV … could the TV be moved to a different wall ?

Locality, clean and friendly

It's just over priced for what it is. I stay in superior hotels that are comparable if not cheaper in price. I've decided to now try the Ramada (6km away) as it's priced almost 50% cheaper for a weeknight stay in July ..
