Great apartment in a fabulous location, amazing terrace with lovely views and sun trap! Ideal spot for our family to explore gorgeous Mondello. Owner communicated really well both before and during our stay! Highly recommend.

Sun loungers were a bit tired so could be replaced but didn’t impact on our stay. Could have done with a few more glasses for wine/water.

Secondo piano alto con bagaglio pesante diventa difficile. Gli scarichi dei bagni funzionano male. Zanzariere non sufficienti.

It was amazing!! We loved the location right next to the Mondello beach and Capo Gallo reserve. Our host Vincenzo was very friendly and helpful - even though we haven’t met in person. We also appreciate that kitchen had condiments like olive oil, salt and pepper. Simple thing but important when you stay just for few days :) Thank you!

Property was close to the main square yet private. Within walking distance to all areas of Mondello. The property was sufficient for my husband and I.

The property required 3 entry doors including the front gate. If you aren’t familiar with the keys, it was a struggle. At night, there were no lights so it was dark to open the gate and first door. Once inside, there was a light switch that turned on lights outside as well as inside. Did not like that all the keys were on one “lock”. There was a master “power” key that had to stay in the keyhole in order for power to go on. If one person in the party had to leave, the other would sit in the dark. If they left the key, they would not be able to get back into the property. Also, to fellow Americans, the ground floor is floor #0. So the second floor unit requires two sets of stairs. This property is 3 floors and the apartment was on the “second” floor which is also the top floor. Also, no microwave. It would have come in handy a couple of times.

Very nice appartement, very clean and cosy. Beach, restaurants, shops only a few steps away. Seaview from the balcony!

Position, terrace and washing machine available.

We have been left with a half toilet paper roll for 3 people for a night. I highly recommend the management to put up nets for mosquitos. The house was full of it and the sleep wasn't the best.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and a variety of great restaurants.

The second room doesn't have air conditioning, but we managed to keep it cool by leaving the door open to the living room.
