Close to Mondello beach. Close to grocery store. Close to local restaurants.

No personal contact with manager, Vincenzo. Entrance gate instructions difficult to find in the dark on arrival. 3 flights of stairs(42 steps) carrying luggage to get to our room. Dirty, unswept stairway. Inadequate supplies of paper product for 3 people for 3 days. One wine glass for 3 people.

The location is just brilliant. I’ve visited Mondello many time and can only say the location of this property is just perfect! The terrace is what you book this accommodation for. The staff is friendly and tried to be reachable at any time.

Sanitary facilities are a bit dated and not well-maintained, however, due to the nice location and access to the beach, acceptable for a couple of days. Additionally, when booking the property said that the hotel transfer was not included which came surprisingly since the listing on booking.com said differently.

Location, Terrace with seaview, Design

Lovely little apartment next to mondello beach and also very near to the stunning rocky beach about 10 minutes away. The outdoor area was beautiful with a lovely view of the beach. Good space and excellent location.

The location is very good. The house itself is clean and nice, air conditioning system is working perfectly. As well the terrace was perfect.

Perfect location and a lot of space. The balcony is also huge, we spent all our nights there.

Quite dirty and the bathroom is incredibly dirty with a mould and a really bad smell from the shower…

The location was amazing - easy walk to the beach, great view from the balcony. Everything you needed was close - groceries, restaurants, beach, boat rental. It was nice to have aircon and an espresso machine as well!

The hosts were very responsive, however, when our shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom on the first night of our stay (Wednesday) we were told no one was able to come fix it until Monday. I found this a bit unacceptable as there were 3 of us and we were then expected not to use the shower for 5 days. I was able to fix the problem myself by unclogging the drain by hand. We asked if there was anyway to be compensated for this and they only offered to pay half the tourist tax (9euro).

A large two-bedroom apartment, nicely located, comfy, fully furnished and equipped place. Staff super helpful and responsive. Beach and dining options close by. Nice balcony.
