12 Greenpoint Guesthouse

The guesthouse is in a great location-close to a grocery store, restaurants, an ATM and to the V&A Waterfront. It’s very clean and Blake, the host, is very helpful and friendly.

Fabulous location, 3 minutes walk from cafes and a variety of restaurants and only about 12 minutes to the waterfront. It was very quiet, the room was light & spacious, the shower was hot & powerful. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Lack of Aircon made it a little uncomfortable but not unbearable. You get what you pay for though, I can't complain.

This guesthouse is what a budget traveler needs: located within walking distance to V&A Waterfront in a safe side street area. The rooms are clean and have everything necessary. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and every morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast there. In the evening you can also relax on a coach or read a book in the dining room. The host Blake is very helpful and lives downstairs which is convenient if you need to ask him for anything.
