GBVery well appointed, modern, clean, functional city town house. Would easily swallow up a family of four. Good kitchen for self-catering, easy access to city centre cafes, and some wonderfully quixotic, vibrant live music venues within a stone's throw.
Given the above live music venues, there's little point trying to observe the "10pm quiet please" request from the landlords. CHCH is pretty lively on a Friday/Saturday evening which is just fine if you like your music loud and upbeat. But avoid if you're searching for a bit of tranquility.
NZThe property is stunning. Exceptionally clean and the furnishings are all lovely. Comfortable beds and all required amenities. This is a really great find.
It’s right next to a bar and the neighbors are particularly noisy and ignorant about their noise. The bar stopped business dead on ten pm but the residential neighbours do not care how loud they are. Take earplugs!!

2 flights of internal stairs. Location, in an industrial area. Biggest issue was door lock. We were locked in overnight. Managed to get it unlocked in the morning but never locked it again! Piled suitcases against the door. Fortunately we could cope with the stairs but as 80 years +travellers it could have been a problem. Long walk, for us, into Christchurch, we took an Uber back. Booking.com description wasn't good!
AUIt was clean and location was great.
The front doors were incredibly difficult to open and the door window offered no privacy, revealing the living area inside. Furthermore, there was no air conditioning or fan upstairs for ventilation making it unbearably hot. You could also hear someone flushing and showering. (Please change front door locks)

GB15mins walk to Christchurch centre. Loads of bars restaurants nearby. Very clean and all facilities catered for. Brilliant sized bedrooms with both having ensuite. Forgot clothes after check out, absolutely brilliant in keeping them for us and allowing us to collect. Amazing experience made our stay in Christchurch special

NZLocation was great, apartment was great with seperate floors for different family members.
Only provided 1 towel per guest regardless of length of stay, 1 towel for 5 nights is gross!!
