NZThe apartment is modern and well good facilities. We found it clean and very comfortable. It was very convenient for what we were visiting Christchurch for and will be super convenient for the new stadium when it opens. We found the host very easy to deal with, and appreciated the help to extend our stay by a night when our travel plans were disrupted.

AUCentral location, clean modern apartment, all the facilities/ amenities in unit. Staff were easy to contact if we required any information/ assistance
Occasionally difficulty parking as limited street parking without time limit. Time limits/ restrictions applied during 8am- 6pm along rest of street. Located near a busy cafe/restaurant so street parking can be limited...may need to park and then move car after 6 pm to closer location to apartment.

TV needed to be set up and the heatpump wasn't working

NZVery clean and location good. Lovely layout with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Lack of roadside parking.
INNZNZGood communication and clear instructions from the hosts. Accommodation had everything we needed and was well presented. We arrived on a cold, wet day and the apartment was pre-heated which was much appreciated.
Only drawback is the lack of dedicated parking, but that’s not something the hosts can control.
