Plenty of room, ground floor made is accessible. Pleased to find we could use the back door instead of the front.

Notable smell of old cigarettes/pets. Even worse in the entrance to the building which was then avoided when used the back door.

Perfect location, check in and out was a breeze. Lovely spacious apartment, spotlessly clean and would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment. Really good location for the town and beach and amenties. Very comfortable and everything you could need for home from home. Free parking literally across the road on a quiet street. Host was easy to contact and very helpful. We will use again.

Nothing to not like!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, nicely decorated. It was very homely and it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. It was a reasonable price as well. The apartment owners kept us informed of the things we needed to know.

We liked everything about the apartment 😁. The front door of the building was left on the snip a couple of times.

Lovely apartment, very stylish and well heated/maintained, very comfortable and probably all of the facilities you’d need over a short stay. Well situated, almost on a mini roundabout close to the shopping centre and a short walk to the beach. Parking in the (one way) street opposite is recommended. Joel was in contact as promised and gave us good information about the location and Colwyn Bay in general. Very helpful.

No real criticism; it is a lovely apartment. The only thing perhaps to note is that both apartments are in a large Edwardian (?) house with a shared entrance, so obviously there is little control over who is coming in or out of the front door. However the ground floor apartment is self-contained, secure and well soundproofed, so this shouldn’t detract from having very pleasant and comfortable stay. I can’t comment on the upstairs apartment, as I didn’t view it.

Nice clean modern flat with good facilities , ideal for a weekend break

The sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. Luckily we didn’t have to sleep on it but tried it out for future reference and could feel every single spring.
