Pendle House Apartment 1

We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The hosts were excellent - really good communication from booking until after we'd finished our stay in regards to our booking, checking in and out, things to do nearby etc. The apartment had everything we needed in terms of equipment and was in an excellent location. Checking in and out was effortless and there were plenty of shops, cafes etc nearby, we even received texts from the hosts with information on and they had an excellent welcome pack at the apartment waiting for us with a list of recommendations and a link for the WiFi password.

The apartment is on a ground floor and was so very noisy as you could hear the people above you. The apartment was very cold at times. The owners did have the heating on timer for quite a bit at various intervals and it was lovely and warm in the bedroom. However, we stayed in February time so it was very cold and the living room part of the apartment never warmed up. Lastly, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and already had a sheet on it which didn't look clean judging by the marks and the hair on the sheet. Overall, it was a lovely stay and had we been a couple just using the bedroom part of the apartment, we wouldn't have come across any hiccups. However, as we were a family travelling with a young child, the coldness of the living quarters and the fact we were using the sofa bed in there as an additional sleeping space, did dampen the experience slightly.

This apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. It was comfortable and warm. The location is very convenient as it's a short walk from the station and the shopping centre. I found I could park over the road most of the time and parking in the evening was no problem.

Everything was good. I would stay again.

Two bunk beds in the main bedroom would suit four people better than a double bed and fold out couch bed.

The whole stay was perfect. Joel is a lovely person, very prompt with his responses. Pendle House Apartment felt like home and we loved every moment staying!

The apartment was fantastic, lovely and clean, very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The area is great for people looking for somewhere more quiet and away from roundy groups, with a zoo, beach, train station and more within walking distance. Would happily visit again.

Location was excellent, easy check in and out. the property was spotless and spacious, the facilities were perfect.
