Ho Hum Motel

Nice little place to stay. Convenient location. Helpful staff.

Not a top of the line. But good for budget conscious people.

The staff was very helpful, the Yellowstone NP entrance is only 5 minutes away, the building is well maintained, housekeeping is excellent, furnishings are in great shape, off street parking, good sound insulation, free wifi.

Nice clean motel for the night, Beds were super comfortable. Everything you might need. Bathtub was a bonus.

It was clean and close to everything in West Yellowstone. My room was on the bottom floor and if someone walked in the room above it was quite loud, but that was the only issue. I had a good stay.

Car broke down on way to West Yellowstone. We requested to have stay changed from Thursday to Friday (we were able to get car fixed in a day). Expedia deemed issue valid and called ho hum asking for our day to be changed or a refund. Room was available Friday and I was told we could rent a room Friday but not receive a refund for Thursday unless they could rent our room out. We had family staying at Yellowstone County Inn who were able to switch days without a problem (they were super helpful and caring). We ended up having to pay for the night we were not at ho hum in addition to a night where we were broke down and car repairs. We did make it to West Yellowstone by Friday but decided to stay at Yellowstone Country Inn. We were stranded 1000 miles away from home with a broke down vehicle. It was all very stressful. They didnt return calls and when we got a hold of them, they refused to help and did not care. Pick Yellowstone Country Inn if you can. They are super helpful and caring and clean.
