Very convenient to JFK. Space is very nice.

Stairs down to the apartment are very difficult for most elderly occupants. Handrails would be helpful. Bed needs a top sheet.

"I am attaching some screenshots to show just how much suffering he has inflicted upon me."

The caretaker/ owner of this property is a deceitful individual; at one point, he rented the property out to two different customers simultaneously. This is truly regrettable. He is now forcibly compelling me to cancel the booking.

The people who look after this property do not know how to conduct themselves; their behavior is extremely poor. Anyone considering renting this place should think twice before doing so.
