The apartment is simply magnificent — beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Unbelievable for even twice the price Sparkling marble floors. All rooms (kitchen, dining room, tv room and bed room were large for anywhere much less NY Thoughtful touches like extra blanket and pillows and waters and cond.s in fridge. the interior design was classic and calming (not cluttered) Cute neighborhood to walk to local park or nearby grocery/deli (felt safe)

I have no tips for upgrade. I only suggest ear plugs for sleeping or white noise because you are that close to the airport - which is exactly what we wanted. and maybe one guest should pass suitcases down to other in the short but steep staircase so you don’t bump a wall (they put nice non-skids on steps) Guest family was respectful of privacy but so friendly! Thank you!

The apt was very clean and kept up very well. It was perfect for our short overnight stay.

It was unclear where we were allowed to park. Luckily, there were no issues where we had decided to park.

Miad is a wonderful host - communicative and trustworthy. The house is very clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of an affordable ride to/from the airport and a fair daily charge for leaving your car. We enjoyed our stay and I'll definitely return when I need to be at JFK for an early morning flight - easier than driving 4 hours from where I live. I highly recommend this option to others.

Would have appreciated decaf tea or coffee for evening - just a minor suggestion.
