The keys are sent digitally so you use your phone to unlock the doors to the property. This works very well and avoids the hassle of waiting around to meet someone or trying to find a key box to get a physical key. The apartment is well stocked - enough plates, knives, forks etc (which is more than you can say for many apartment rentals). There's a supermarket very close by plus plenty of places for drinks or eating out

There is a lot of noise from outside on friday and saturday nights with taxi drivers blasting their horns till the early hours but thats the price of staying so close to Broad street. Other than that its hard to fault the place
