We chose not to stay there once we arrived. There were no mention of internal stairs so the property was not suitable for us. The lights in the dining room didn’t work, there were large pieces of tiles broken off the stairs treads which was unsafe. There was no soap, no bin liner, no tea towel, no paper towel. We didn’t feel safe in the street that it was on, it was very dirty and uninviting. Also, stairs from road to the street which was not mentioned either. We were being watch on the street by someone so we left. I would not recommend this property

Posizione fantastica e casa bellissima. La via era adiacente era piena di negozi e in pochi passi si raggiungeva il centro.

Nel bagno c’è un’umidità elevata e non ci sono finestre ne l’aspirazione.. si fatica a respirarci dopo un pó. Una delle camere non ha una finestra ma una botola sul soffitto che da in un’intercapedine. Gli asciugamani erano tutti sudici e per farceli riportare abbiamo dovuto insistere. Manca una piccola cucina e la lavatrice (dato che nella prenotazione c’erano scritte queste cose).

Very central in historic Albacin area near lots of restaurants- great variety of middle eastern/ Arab/North African food, as well as shop/stands. Apartment is comfortable, well furnished and stylish. NETFLIX, Dishwasher, washing machine, high chair was a plus. Huge dining table. Good AC. Covered terrace. Lots of natural light.

There is a flight of stairs to go up to rooms once you enter. Can be difficult to bring up luggage. Absolutely no soap to wash hands. There were dispensers, but all empty. Very little dish soap. No trash bag/liner in kitchen trash bin. No broom available to sweep up small messes (necessary when traveling w/kids!) There was a huge bin full of dirty linens left near the front door at bottom of stairs. The floors could have been cleaner- the pretty tiles in kitchen look like they need a good mopping. Some loose tiles but no issues. Communication could have been better w/ description of how to get to the apt (as it is in a tiny alley). The apt. next-door is rented under the same name & address. This was confusing & caused a couple to come to our door looking for their accommodation. We had to deal w/ them for about 10 mins. Apt smelled of smoke when we entered- it seems previous guests may have smoked inside- no fault of the host. It dissipated by next day. The terrace door locks when shut & has no door handle from outside. We also didn’t have a key for this: My husband locked himself out the first time.

Location very central. Neat town centre and lots of restaurant and cafes. Good atmosphere.

Difficult to find the keys on arrival. Responses to our messages were automated and did not answer our query. Then someone answered the phone after some time and told us where the keys were. A photo of the keybox would be very helpful.
