PLNice location, separated from the noisy streets. Lots of great food arabic restaurants. Clean rooms, very nice living room combined with a kitchen and great tarrace on the top. Basic cosmetics in 3 bathrooms. Good communication with the owner.
There are some issues with the heating (in the middle of winter).
ROVery clean and beautiful restauration. We had acces to the roof were we could drink a glass of wine in a confortable space

INIt’s very good property, enough for family stay, nice clean and closure to the central attractions. I must state here that the Host was very accommodative and helpful. They were ready to adjust to our requirement, including an early morning check-In. The host came to open the apartment and explain the details in the morning. I really appreciate the gesture and thanks them.
Well, the apaartament can add few amenities for cooking/ heating, say they can add atleast a kettle. This apartment does not have Kitchen at all and they can improve their property ratings by adding some arrangement for basic cooking/ heating.

CAThe apartment (2 bedroom, kitchen, living room, 2.5 bathrooms) is very spacious, located over 2 floors with a rooftop terrace. It is very nicely styled and furnished. The location is very central - accessible to most important sights in Granada and within walking distance to many good restaurants. The host was very accommodating for check-in time and provided many recommendations in the area. This is a new listing on Booking.com but do not hesitate to book!
The location can be quite noisy overnight with a bar and hostel nearby. This is a downside of staying in a central location in a bustling city! Important to note that the apartment is not very accessible by car (located off a pedestrian street) and the nearest parking lots are about a 10min walk away.
MKLaura and her husband were great and accommodating as hosts, flexible to our needs and always available for any questions we had. The place is beautifully designed and in a great central area, so a walking distance to the main parts of the city, yet enough on the side to be generally quiet. Love the living room, the kitchen and of course the balcony :) Couldn't recommend the place more Thank you and hope we come back soon
