Central Windsor 2 bedroom flat with free parking

It was ground floor so easy access

Property very tired and Flying Ants. 1st night was bearable as only a few but the 2nd was awful as had spread into another room. The host did notify us had left ant powder but unfortunately didn’t make an difference. If I’d have known they were that bad I would have asked for a cancellation and refund and tried to have arrange somewhere else. As a family of 5 it was a nightmare due to not being able to use the sofa bed in the lounge. Most expensive property we stayed in during our holiday and made it the most cramped. Really upsetting and exhausting as couldn’t sleep properly.

I liked the spacious property. Kitchen was full of facilities. Location was good.

There were moths and crawling bugs in the house. Sofa bed was not that tidy as my son had rashes after sleeping on sofa bed.

The host hadn´t provided the code to enter the apartment beforehand and we had to call them on arrival. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

The location was perfect and the apartment exceeded my expectations. I was informed that there could be a problem, there wasn’t, and the owner gave me contact details if there was.

There was nothing that I could fault about the property, the cost or facilities. It central for the area.

Friendly owner! Good for getting to the airport. The flat was clean.

The location from Legoland was great, about 5 minutes away. Plus it was short drive into the center of Windsor. It was off a side road so it was reasonably quiet. It was quite clean. The kitchen had everything you need and enough of everything too. The beds were quite comfortable but the pillows need upgrading. There was a newsagent really close that sold nearly everything in case you forgot something! Good size living room to socialise. We didn't use it but there was a travel cot in the wardrobe if you needed one. There were a few games in the second bedroom which was a nice touch (connect 4, snakes and ladders).

I think with a few things it could be better and this is being quite picky and some just for info! The pillows in the twin room were terrible, really thin and only one on each bed. A lamp of some kind in the living room would be nice so you can chill a bit more. The parking space is tiny, our Micra just fitted in. FYI, it didn't bother us! Plus there is free parking on the road round the corner. The sofas weren't very comfy but it was only one night and personal preference. None of the plug sockets in the bedroom were in a useful place, so if you wanted to charge your phone it was in another room or keep the phone in the bed. I mean, not the end of the world!

Not that easy to find, quite hidden.

I’ve never written these reviews before but this place was appalling.
