Chambre grande et agréable. L'hôtel est très bien positionné, très proche et du parc, et du vieux Lille. Le Hall est très joli et accueillant.

"Séjour découverte"

L'hôtel est très beau. Le personnel charmant.

Dans la description, il est noté "toutes les chambres sont équipées d'une climatisation". Or, en pleine canicule, PAS DE CLIMATISATION. Une chaleur étouffante dans tout l'hôtel. Impossible de rester dîner au restaurant sous le dôme de verre. Suffoquant. Je n'aurai jamais réservé si j'avais su qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. De plus, impossible de régler la température de la douche... brûlant. Et je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi on nous a mis dans une chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite. La douche arrose toute la pièce. Nuit compliquée et inconfortable du fait de la chaleur excessive. On ne paye pas un 4 étoiles pour être moins bien que chez soi. Séjour Décevant malgré un cadre magnifique duquel nous n'avons pas pu profiter.

grande chambre, grande salle de bail,. Le bar est situé dans un patio qui à lui seul vaut la visite. Petit déjeuner généreux dans ce patio magnifique. Il restait une place de parking quand on est arrivé vers 21h00... Top

"Très beau point de chute pour un long week-end à Lille"

Bien situé près du centre ville mais au calme, très beau décor, grandes chambres, présence d’un parking. Merci à l’équipe de cuisine pour le gâteau d’anniversaire !

"Séjour au calme à proximité immédiate du centre-ville"

L’emplacement. La décoration intérieure. Le changement de chambre (avec surclassement) à l’arrivée en raison d’un petit problème technique dans la chambre réservée.

Les chambres et salles de bains commencent à vieillir un peu et pourraient être rafraîchies.

"Excellent séjour"

Très bon emplacement proche du centre mais au calme. Excellent petit déjeuner très grand choix.

Le système du parking. 21€ par jour mais si vous prenez la voiture de la journée vous n'êtes pas sûr d'avoir une place à votre retour... Il manque juste une prise de courant près du lit. Dommage que le restaurant soit fermé le dimanche.
