"Het Hotel is ooit mooi geweest denk ik, alles is erg gedateerd en aan onderhoud toe."

De locatie van het Hotel

Het was echt vies in de kamer, de vloerbedekking was erg vies en de kasten waren duidelijk al heel lang niet schoongemaakt. De parkeerplaats van het hotel is te klein voor het aantal bezoekers wat betekent dat je niet verzekerd bent van een (dure) plek.

Prachtig hotel in mooi gerenoveerd klooster. Ik kende dit hotel uit de negentiger jaren toen ik er voor werk regelmatig kwam.

L’implantation et l’atrium magnifique.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable mais qui ont « vécu ». Manque de places de parking sans solution alternative, pas de room service disponible alors que la prestation est indiquée et proposée sur le site. Aucune solution alternative proposée.

"Un séjour chaleureux dans un établissement très fonctionnel qui pourrait se moderniser"

Les services (bar, restaurant, parking, salles dédiés) sont en nombre et de qualité. Les chambres sont très calmes, la salle de bains immense et la cour intérieur fermée offre un cadre incroyable. Le personnel est disponible et très sympathique. L'emplacement permet de rayonner dans Lille.

Certains équipements pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles de 2026 (tv sans netflix et de taille ridicule, pas de clim). La salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement et les toilettes pourraient être séparées (surtout avec un tel volume de sdb). Il est dommage d'avoir changé nos serviettes alors qu'on avait demandé le contraire.

"Mooi plekje in Lille."

De ligging.

Kijk op de website voor roomservice en wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd om uiteindelijk te horen dat ze de dingen die ik wilde bestellen niet hadden en dat ik op de deur moest kijken wat ik wilde bestellen maar op de deur staat van alles maar niet over het eten dat ik wilde bestellen. Ze zeiden dat ik maar naar de bar moest gaan.
