The size of the house. Plenty of space.
Smelled of smoke. I believe the bedding wasnât changed from previous guests. Dirty bedding which had been fabreezed and was wet when we arrived. Floors dirty, not hoovered. A random radiator pipe poking out of the floor in the living room, not safe.

Great location, plenty of space, well decorated
Mattresses were quite worn and leaning to one side, could have been hoovered before arrival as there was a fair bit of dirt/ hair when walkingon carpet. Didn't like entrance steps as they were very dirty/full of rubbish
