Location is excellent, very close to car park and south beech. I was with my elderly parents and beech was so close just a few steps down the road and we are at beech front.

Lovely location steps a little scary when wet next doors gutters leaking made it worse
Kids were a bit scared when sat eating and people were passing the window could do with a cafe net
