Ace Hotel and Swim Club Palm Springs

The property was convenient and easy to locate. The pool and large hot tub were beautiful. Loved the patio in the garden rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful

The beds are much too low for older folks.

I've been coming to the Ace for over a decade personally & with my work (production). This last trip I noticed so much was revamped & updated. Where there were plenty of opportunities to spruce up they seemed to have taken care of all of it. Understanding there are new "extras" to be charged for. (i.e. certain seating by the pool) there were also plenty of times where staff went out of their way to provide me excellent service (i.e I spilled an entire cocktail mere minutes after bringing to my lounge chair - & we given a second one to replace it.) The front desk was so kind when I arrived a few hours early & helped me with early check in - no problem. There was a year or two where I avoided being a guest here because of the lack of customer service & facilities quality; this time around it's just as I remembered when it first opened.

The rooms were ok clean interesting decoration. The bed was too low but comfortable. Bathroom was too small. The private terras was very nice Cousy. Garden is peaceful has nice fruit trees. Two pool options is also good who is looking for a quiet child free zone. Heated pool is good and towels are provided. We have tried all 3 courses 4/5 .We had DJ jazz night. Bar is nice we tasted some different cocktails 4/5 `Parking is free and available for everyone. Hotel is on main rood but no noise. So Good.

Our room has not been cleaned because we were not told we had to ask for a day before.

Stylish and fun atmosphere. Awesome place to feel the sunset and moonrise over the mountains nearby while swimming in the giant, interesting pools and big hot tub, listening to the live DJ.

Food seemed overpriced at restaurants, even the coffee.

The cost of the food ! $12 for a plane croissant ... $20+ for avocado toasts ... ouch!
