Att väldigt mycket var inkluderat. Sängkläder, handdukar, tvättmaskin samt tvättmedel, mm.

AC:n ligger väldigt långt bort från sängen så den behöver vara igång med låg temperatur under hela natten.

Apartment cleanness and all the equipment inside

terrible owner's communication, he dont reply to messages, he refuses to answer given questions, he even refuse communication with booking support. And he didnt return the full amount of deposit without giving any reason.

We stayed for four nights, and had such a nice time! Had everything we needed! Great location, close to the beach and public transport! Shops close too and good amenities for cooking! Host was very nice and helpful!

Bien para una persona

Experiencia muy decepcionante. El apartamento es en realidad un antiguo local comercial reconvertido, sin ventanas al exterior, lo que lo hace oscuro, poco ventilado y bastante agobiante. No se corresponde con lo que uno espera al hacer la reserva. Además, después de reservar a través de la plataforma, el propietario solicita una fianza adicional de 300€ aparte, algo que no queda claro desde el principio. El problema viene después, cuando no devuelve la fianza completa alegando excusas poco razonables, como que ha tenido que tirar la basura o que los platos no estaban bien colocados. Motivos totalmente desproporcionados para retener dinero. La sensación final es de falta de transparencia y de trato poco profesional. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Para no volver.

A holiday ruined by a dishonest host and poor property management Pros: • The location is fantastic if you want to be right by the beach. • I appreciated the convenience of the lockbox for our initial check-in. • I initially felt the host was helpful when they quickly provided the Wi-Fi password and TV instructions.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Deposit Issues and Poor Management Stay Dates: 4 October 2025 – 13 October 2025 Rating: 1/10 I recently stayed at this "Luxury Loft" in Valencia for nine nights, and while the location is near the beach, the overall experience was overshadowed by significant property issues and appalling post-stay customer service. Unauthorized Deposit Deductions The most distressing part of this experience involves the €300 damage deposit. Despite leaving the apartment tidy, the host only returned €265.93. They deducted funds for a soap dispenser they claim was broken, even though it was already missing/damaged before I even checked in. This deduction was made without my consent or any prior notification; I only discovered the shortfall when reviewing my bank statement. Lost Property Held "Hostage" I accidentally left a black Nintendo controller in a drawer under the bed. While the host confirmed they found it on 25 October, they spent the next two months making excuses and failing to post it back to me, despite my repeated offers to pay for shipping. Most recently, the host has threatened to "dispose" of my property if I do not arrange a private courier, which is completely unprofessional. Property & Maintenance Issues During the stay, we faced several significant inconveniences: • Electrical Failures: We experienced a blackout that left us without AC, lights, or a working boiler. • Hygiene: We encountered cockroaches within the apartment during our stay. • Noise: On one evening, a man was blasting music directly outside the flat for six hours, making it impossible to sleep. • Technical Faults: The TV remote was partially non-functional, requiring us to use touch controls on the unit itself to turn it on or off. Summary The host is a "company" that lacks the basic hospitality standards one would expect.
