The spacious rooms!

The apartment was very spacious. It was very clean with good space for clothes etc. the bed was very comfortable and large. The location was great, right on the main street by the park with lots to do and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. I would recommend this for staying in Lanciano and hope to return again.

The apartment was very cold. There were large radiators but we could not make them work so relied on the air con units to heat up. It was my fault because I’m sure if I’d phoned Fabrizio I expect he would have sorted it but to be honest we weren’t in there much as we were visiting lots of friends, so not too much of a problem. Also there was not a breakfast included. The apartment could do with a kettle to make coffee or tea. I would definitely use this again and these are very minor issues.

Clean and close to everything

Centrally located in my beautiful hometown of Lanciano on the main pedestrian corso. Very spacious and clean. Elevator access to floor of B & B, which is a must for transporting luggage. Manuela was lovely to deal with!

Manuela was very helpful with the check-in process, and took the time to get me oriented to Lanciano. Thank you so much, I sincerely enjoyed my stay.
