Location and spacious room

Perfect location, lots of space, comfortable.

The bathroom was modern but the shower had no shelf on which to place soap, shampoo, etc. Even if you don’t supply those things, there should be a shelf for them

Fabrizio was excellent. I felt safe the whole time there. The rooms are super clean, spacious, and beautiful. Amazing property.

It was super comfortable and we got in late and they contacted us early in the day to see what time we would arrive we were slightly after 11:00 pm because of flight delays and they met us at the front doors.

The facilities and location were great. What was particularly outstanding was the incredible hospitality of the staff, especially Gianluca. We we arrived in Lanciano -Polycenter by bus, we unexpectedly discovered that it was still 7km (5 miles) from the town center where the air-bnb was located. There were no Ubers, Taxis, buses or trains into the city. Gianluca graciously came by and picked my wife and I up along with our luggage. He gave us a wonderful tour the town center and was so gracious, humble, kind and hospitable. He was amazing. On the day of our departure, he gave us a ride back. The facilities were wonderful. Clean modern shower, clean well appointed bedroom with a modern safe. Free wi-fi that worked well. We hope to return again soon to try the breakfast.
