Amazing staff who were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Our air conditioning in our room was not working. The staff called in many technicians to try and resolve the issue. However, it was not fixable. The staff then arranged for a free hammam for both myself and my partner which was a lovely experience. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful every morning. We had an early flight home and the staff even arranged an early breakfast for us at 6:30AM before leaving. Fabulous location only a 10 minute walk down lively streets to the Jamma el Fna. Excellent riad would highly recommend.

Air con

Location good, close to the Souk, easy walking once we got our bearings. Shower was very good but bathroom very small. Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the hammam. Very clean Riad and lovely décor. Good breakfast on terrace.

Biggest disappointment was the 'swimming pool' which is actually a large jacuzzi and limited space on terrace. Appreciate in the Medina space is of a premium but one of the reasons we chose Riad Glatt was for the pool and roof top terrace/bar unfortunately there was nowhere to properly relax. Bedroom was smaller than expected and lacked storage - would benefit from drawers/shelves. Really should replace the towels, very clean but old.

Personale molto disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Bella la struttura, camera molto spaziosa. Pochi minuti a piedi dai principali luoghi di interesse.

Bagno un po' datato, da risistemare, soprattutto lo scarico della doccia. La porta della stanza non si apriva facilmente a causa dell armadio posizionato proprio dietro

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Das Riad bzw. das Zimmer sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man hat sich wohl und geborgen gefühlt. All in all 10/10.
