Tranquility Short & Long stays

The apartment was more than I expected it was clean and the kitchen bedroom bathroom all had everything we needed brilliant stay in a great apartment and I brought my dog to and she loved the garden I would highly recommend this apartment its location is perfect 10 to 15 min walk to the town and from Eastbourne station will definitely be returning just excellent all round and a very enjoyable stay

like everyone else states here, there was no welcome pack, no wifi password, emailed them for information and they took over a day to respond with the wrong information, you must do better

Breakfast not supplied. Location was ok. No info pack in the room so we didn't know where to find the wi-fi password. Was shown this on the second day by another resident.

Clean, running water, kitchen works. But no separate bedroom.

Caution this flat has only one room. There is no separate bedroom. The bed and the foldable sofa are all in the same room including the kitchen. The description was incorrect at the time of my booking and the landlady did not seem to plan on updating it. Seems this "mistake" is happening on purpose. Unfortunately this was quite important to us. The washing machine is shared between approx 14 flats of the house.

Room was clean and modern. Loved the way the place was decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Clear instructions for collecting the keys.

No welcome pack so we did not have access to the wifi or any instructions. Hosts did reply to my text message asking for the wifi at 10:23pm but by that time I was asleep. No soap or hand towel in the bathrooms. Single sofa bed was very uncomfortable and uneven. It is arch-shaped when open instead of flat.

This is a nice appartment in a convenient location. It's equipped with the best intentions but falls short on a number of minor issues.

The thermostat tap in the shower seizes up during use when it is hot. It is then impossible to regulate the temperature. This doesn't happen when the tap is cold. The kitchen is adequately equipped but the dining table is impractical for two people. It is too small. There are coffee capsules, but no coffee machine. A chest of drawers to put your clothes in when you intend to stay more than one night would be useful. The washbasin in the bathroom is large enough to wash your hands but too small to brush your teeth. None of these are big issues but they irritate when you stay for more than one night.

The sink in the bathroom was tiny, not shelf or place to put things The chair bed wasn’t very good, it wasn’t supported at the top & bottom so uncomfortable for my daughter. Also we couldn’t work the TV - not a signal or channels available. There was not a mirror near a plug so drying and styling hair was awkward

Beautifully presented, great garden access.

No baking trays but not a big issue, no washing machine as advertised, no welcome book with info and the shelf in the bathroom is a problem when spitting our to brush teeth, but thus I'd all minor as it's a lovely place, I'd stay again
