Beautiful 2 bedrooms Apartment in Kingsland, CBD

Great central location and the added bonus of parking being included was a great touch. There was a washing machine and dryer available in the apartment, this was a great convenience. The flat is beautifully decorated, feeling homely but not overcrowded with clutter.

The beds were a bit hard for my personal preferences. The couch feels quite lumpy and wasn't a comfortable place to sit.

Enjoyed the location - close to public transport and the city centre

Toilet seat needed repair - moved sideways and was not attached properly to the back of the toilet.

Great central location with restaurants and cafes just up the street. Beautiful little apartment with great decor and style. Handy for visiting MOTAT and the Auckland Zoo. Has all you need for a stay. Being a country person with tank water the water pressure in the shower was awesome! 😎 Highly recommended.

Accessing the car park was a bit confusing. I needed to enter via the pedestrian gate via a code, go into the apartment and grab the car park gate remote and then I could access the car park. That was the only issue during my stay and it was only a minor thing.

Location was perfect for our trip, easy to get to and very safe and quiet. Comfortable and close to everything! Host was very helpful with any questions we had, great experience all round. Would definitely stay here again if travelling to Auckland!

Only the carpark for the apartment - not the easiest to navigate, but we got there in the end. No other issues at all - this is a great location and we felt secure staying.

We enjoyed how light the space was and the many mirrors (since we were getting ready for events while staying here). We loved the location and were surprised by how quiet and calm it felt despite being an apartment.

The bathroom was quite dusty and there were some things that needed restocking (dishwashing liquid, paper towels, sugar, tea, washcloths). Quite a few nicks and scrapes in furniture which we couldn't help but notice.
