Beautiful spot right on the lake. Communication to check in was very clear and great size for 4 people with everything we needed. 5 minute walk to catch the ferry made it a great base to explore - especially Bellagio and Varenna. Highly recommend

Nice view of the lake.

1. Not that many restaurants are nearby. 2. No grocery stores in town. We had to go to Menaggio for groceries. 3. No coffee pods, not a bottle of water. No extra garbage bags. 4. We were asked to take the trash out. They expected to leave the apartment to the condition we checked in. 5. Door handle was broken, so it blocked the view of the lake. And electricity went off during the night.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű a szállás, csodálatos a kilátás a tóra és a hegyekre. Az apartman nagyon kényelmes egy négy fős család számára, kellően tágas volt és tiszta. Közelben sok étterem és látnivaló található, illetve közel a kikötő ahonnan hajóval jókat lehet kirándulni. A szállásadó cég nagyon kedves, segítőkész, csillagos 5-s jár nekik!

Az út közelsége miatt elég hangos volt, de ezt tudtuk. A klíma a nappali szobából nagyon hiányzik, nehéz a szellőztetés. A két különágyas szobában annyira nyikorgott az ágy, hogy a lányunk kint aludt a nappaliban. Ettől függetlenül nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

Vi reste med familjen i Juni 2025, tre nätter. Lägenheten var mycket fräsch med utsikt över Comosjön. Den ligger inte speciellt centralt, men det finns ändå flera restauranger i närheten, och en officiell badplats 800 meter norrut. Vill man hamna centralare går man söderut och kommer snart till Tremezzo (en dryg km). För oss var det ett perfekt läge med färjeterminal 100 meter från boendet. Incheckningen var mycket tydlig med all information via mejl innan ankomst.

Wonderful location with access to the ferry. The apartment is very clean and well-stocked kitchen supplies and a washer! Bedrooms are quiet with air-conditioning to sleep comfortably on hot summer evenings. The living room is not air-conditioned but there are fans. Really appreciated the Love Como packet of recommendations for the area—-and each one we tried was excellent! Highly recommend LaBaia and Lo Scalo in Cremia for cocktails and dinner! Our favorites!

Immediately across the street from Lake Como (separated by 2 lane road). Centrally located near coffee shops & restaurants. AC in bedrooms worked GREAT and with the doors to the bedrooms closed it was very quiet for great sleeping. The kitchen area looks out on a rather useless gravel area with 2 patio chairs & table but what's nice is there is a spiral stair that goes up the roof top that has lots of seating and a great view of the lake and the town of Bellagio. Apartment is well stocked to include a washing machine & dryer. Appreciated the covered parking garage.

AC only in the bedrooms and bath. The living area was very hot unless doors to the bedrooms were left open with the ACs in the bedrooms running. The floor fans didn't do much to help. It wasn't easy to cook anything more than breakfast or lite lunch, primarily because the cook top was small and there just wasn't the right assortment of pots & pans. We cooked one night and that was enough.
