L'host in Taormina

Ugo, our host, was the best host we have ever had!!! Incredibly and extraordinary helpful and friendly had he picked us up from Catania airport in the middle of the night when we had found the car rental company closed after our flight being delayed. And that was just one thing where he had been there for us with a BIG heart and a HELPING hand! It will be our pleasure to welcome you, Justyna and your daughter in our house in Bavaria!!! Thank you again for everything!

Lovely apartment in great location, nestled in a quiet street just few steps from the main attractions of Taormina. Comfortable for 3 people, with nice facilities. But the absolute cherry on top is the host, Ugo. He goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed, gives a lot of tips regarding restaurants and some secret spots in and around Taormina.

We are so happy we chose this apartment for our stay in Taormina! Not only because the apartment was perfect, but specifically because we met the loveliest hosts Ugo and Giustina who really made our stay. Half of the places we saw and new food we tried we would never know existed if they didn’t take their time to show us and tell us all about it. Little things in the apartment like stacking the fridge with water, leaving a bottle of wine, even the magnets as souvenirs, so many towels, very well cooled apartment on a hot day, all those things made us feel so welcome and at home away from home. The location is perfect, close to everything. And Ugo even organized a free parking spot for us. It’s also very quiet at night so we slept great. We could easily say that our time in Taormina would be a totally different experience if we didn’t choose this apartment and met our lovely hosts. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Taormina and would surely stay here again on our next visit. It’s not only a place, it’s a feeling. Thanks again for everything!

First off we were met by Hugo the owner who is just an amazing Human being. He was so welcoming! The home is a perfect spot to see everything in Taormina! Close to everything! Very clean home! Great space for a family. Hugo welcomed us with Wine, how sweet! Bathroom is stocked! Fridge has water for us! Air conditioner works great! Hugo sent us a text of all the things to see from history to hip restaurants! He was very helpful with any question.

Ugo is the best host ever! The apartment is exactly as described, clean and heaps of space, exactly what you want in Taormina. The location is perfect, and only a short walk away from the beach and is in the middle of the town. Everything at your doorstep. Ugo, went out of his way to give his tips, advice and tour of Taormina, including picking us up to and from the station - thank you so much. We loved our stay here, and will be back. Thank you for everything Ugo - you were great!

The property was absolutely spotless, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Located on a quiet street in the very centre of the old town, it was very convenient to get around from the property, but the flat was so beautiful, cosy and freshly refurbished that staying inside was also very pleasant.

Amazing location, and it has everything you need; washing machine, espresso machine, balcony, great kitchen, and air conditioning. Exactly as pictured, and very nicely furnished, with art and pottery that makes it a beautiful and cosy home. Everything was lovely and clean, with towels and blankets, coffee pods, water. The apartment is amazing, but the hosts really make it outstanding. I would give a rating of 12/10 if I could! Ugo and his daughter Elena showed me around town and gave me recommendations for where to eat and what to see, which was so wonderful. They were exceptional hosts! I felt I was welcomed as a new friend, not just a guest.

This personal touch made my stay all the more special. On the day of my departure, Ugo once again demonstrated his exceptional hospitality by offering to drop me off at the station. This level of service is rare and highly appreciated, especially when traveling. His kindness and consideration ensured my journey ended on a high note, free from any logistical stress.

We chose inexpensive, very beautiful and comfortable apartments. The apartment is located in the center of Taormina, but on a quiet and calm street. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay and not only for a short period. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished, very clean. It was nice to receive welcome gifts in the form of wine, juice, fruits, water and magnets. But the main find and great luck was to meet the couple who rented out these apartments. Ugo and Justina gave us a wonderful tour of the city, told and showed us about many restaurants and interesting places that you should definitely visit. Ugo treated us to the most delicious cannoli, now it is difficult for us to find better. We recommend it to everyone, this is the best in Taormina🫶.
