THStaff is great. He opened my room for me after midnight. The room is at a reasonable price because I didn't request for aircon but other than that everything is good.
A little bit far from other places. You need to take a ride to reach other places

hot water not working / Balcony is not a private its common for over 20 rooms..../ no elevator / mosquito and ant in the room and towel is old and damaged.......
MYI liked the cleanliness, comfort, and excellent service. The room and attached washroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable like a five-star hotel, and the TV was a nice addition. Although I paid a small amount, the quality exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciate the staff member Dilu, who was very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my entire stay. He guided me on places to visit in Jaffna and showed excellent customer service skills.
There was nothing I didn’t like during my stay.
